Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website. If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out!

Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes up to 72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

We currently offer one-year leases only. If you require a short-term lease, it may be approved for an additional short-term fee. Please contact us for more details!

You can conveniently pay your rent online or through the WIPS payment system.

Yes, you are required to have liability insurance and are encouraged to obtain personal property insurance as well.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.

Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact Dominion Energy. For all other utilities such as water and sewer/trash those are managed through Conservice, and they’ll be applied to your ledger.

Residents have the choice of their preferred provider for internet and cable services.

Amenities

While we don’t have traditional amenities, our community is conveniently located near Potomac Mills Outlet Mall and walking distance to Montclair Commuter Lot and OmniRide Bus.

Yes, parking is available! Each leaseholder is permitted one parking permit, with a maximum of two permits per unit.

We provide shared laundry facilities onsite. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors while getting your laundry done!

Pet Policy

Yes, we are pet-friendly community with a limit of two pets per unit.

Location

Our community is situated close to fantastic shopping options, making it easy to access a variety of retail stores and dining experiences.

We are part of the local school district that includes Swans Creek Elementary, Potomac Middle School, and Potomac High School.

The nearest grocery stores are Lidl and Food Lion, both conveniently located just a short distance away for all your shopping needs!

Maintenance

Yes, we do! Our on-site maintenance team is here to help with any issues that may arise.

You can submit a work order online through Rent Café portal.

No, you do not need to be present for the service technician to complete the work.
